One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are detected under any of the following circumstances, all accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited:

• Multiple accounts from the same device or IP address
• Multiple registrations using the same National ID number
• Multiple accounts using the same Mobile Pay/Nagad/Rocket number
• Multiple members withdrawing to the same bank account

Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure security, p99 may request identity verification documents at any time. This typically includes a National ID, a selfie, and payment method verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily held until verification is complete.

Before placing a bet on p99, it's important to familiarize yourself with the rules below. Following these guidelines will help you avoid any disputes or misunderstandings.

Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if the "Cash Out" feature is available, you may close the bet early in accordance with the applicable rules. Bets that were not processed correctly due to technical errors or server issues will be voided and the stake will be refunded.

If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the bet stake will be refunded. If the event has already been completed, settlement will be based on the final result.

Wagering Requirement

• Attempting to harass or harm other members
• Attempting to register or verify an account using false information

P99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account during an investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
